Shipping polices

Items will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receiving full payment confirmation. Each item is shipped via Serbian Post Office, registered air mail, in padded envelope. Once we receive Your payment, we will notify You that Your order has shipped and provide You with the tracking number.

Delivery takes approx. between 7 to 10 working days for items to be delivered into the EU countries, and 15 to 20 working days to be delivered into the US and Canada.

Delivery standards to all destinations are estimates NOT guarantees, sometimes it may take less or it may take few days more due to many different reasons (customs, holidays, weather, etc.) That's something that is not in our power to change. Also, customers are responsible for any additional custom fees, import taxes and duties that may apply.
